In the spring of 2023 a group of motivated community members requested that the Richmond Town Board allow them to

form an officially sanctioned Advisory Committee to gather information, seek out grants and other funding sources

and to present ideas to the Town Board for ways to enhance the appearance of Main Street and

further the goals that resulted from the Honeoye Hamlet Active Transportation Study.

 

At the Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 9th 2023 the Honeoye Hamlet Main Street Enhancement Committee was created by resolution of the Town Board.
