The Board of Ethics functions in a confidential advisory capacity to the Town Board, based on the Town of Richmond Code of Ethics Policy. Richmond's Board of Ethics is empowered to evaluate ethical questions and concerns submitted by town employees and elected officials; it does not evaluate complaints submitted by members of the general public.
